hutchison effect & zero point energy

I was watching this video (see below) on the Hutchison Effect while doing my telekinesis training this evening.

As he was speaking about Zero Point Energy, he said that it was 'jittery', and that caught my attention, as I'm familiar with something similar in my own telekinesis training.

But ... I wanted to know why he called Zero Point Energy 'jittery'. So i searched for AI's answer on Google, and was happy with AI's reply. I took screenshots for you to see:

So you see, AI's explanation was perfect. Hutchison said many super-interesting things in that video, including 'opening up other areas of time and space' and 'dimensional shifts' (which I am experimenting with), but it was the fact that he spoke of Zero Point Energy being jittery that really caught my interest. He speaks of these things so casually, which I love, but his knowledge and experiments, if harnessed correctly, would actually be world-changing.

We're talking about super-advanced anti-gravity technology here. I truly believe I can access this technology using my mind or consciousness, without the need for scientific contraptions and machines. Just pure mind power.
