Honestly, I spent years and years training with the psi wheel, both in the very early stages of my telekinesis training, and throughout the following 5 - 7 years or so which allowed me to develop a good level of skill in the fundamentals of telekinesis training.
The psi wheel is indeed an excellent tool for beginner students of telekinesis, because it allows the student to develop a sense of confidence and self-assuredness in the area of mind over matter. A beginner student training in telekinesis is able to really believe that telekinesis is possible, because of the instant feedback they receive from the movement/rotation of the psi wheel. They see the proof and evidence with their own eyes, and so their level of confidence and faith in themself grows.
If you check the very earliest videos on my YouTube channel (those videos are over sixteen years ago), you can see the very first few days of my telekinesis training, as I documented everything, and you can see my progression with the psi wheel, and how I was able to go from zero, to eventually being able to spin the psi wheel pretty fast, and even command it to rotate left, rotate right, and stop.
In my eyes, I had fully completed my training with the psi wheel, which is why, years ago, I discontinued my psi wheel training, as I had to move on to more challenging objects to move telekinetically, because my ultimate goal is to become a true master of telekinesis.
